Evanie is the main character of This Lighter Realm and the point of view character as well. She was born and raised in London in the early 20th century but when war starts she moves to France with her sister to become a war nurse. One day, when waiting for a letter from her twin brother, Sebastian, she encounters a mysterious girl who takes her to the new, intriguing Lighter Realm...
